I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel in Dubai Internet City during a recent business trip, and I must say – it exceeded my expectations on every level. From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s atmosphere is refined yet comfortable, making it a perfect blend for both business and relaxation. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed – ideal for winding down after a long day of meetings. The location is also excellent, especially if you’re in town for work around Media City, Internet City, or the Marina area. One standout highlight of my stay was Slice, the restaurant on the ground floor. The food was exceptional – flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. But what truly made the experience memorable was the attentive and friendly staff. The service was consistently top-notch, and I found myself going back more than once during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Plaza Mövenpick to anyone visiting Dubai for business or leisure. I’ll certainly be returning on my next trip.

Room Room Service Staff Service Spa Salon Pool I had the Superior Room for myself, staying 2 nights. I was kindly provided an upgrade upon arrival to a Sea facing room. The room service I ordered on the Friday night was extremely tasty and a wonderful portion size. For my first morning at the hotel I ordered the continental breakfast. Again this was very filling and clearly great quality products. I spent most of my Saturday at the spa / salon. The 1 hour massage and 1 hour fascial were the best treatment's I've ever received at Movenpick Hotel. The nail stylist was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel at ease. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive during my stay. I've stayed in Movenpicks in many locations, the last was in Marrakesh. This was wholeheartedly the best one I have stayed in to date. Thank you to all who work there for a fabulous and relaxing stay! Kind regards, Brogan

I would also like to give special thanks to Anas, who took excellent care of me during my stay. He was attentive, kind, and very professional — truly a credit to the team. It’s a quiet hotel nicely located for business trips. It’s right on Sheikh Zayed Road in Media City with a very easy access by car from the main road. I had my meetings between the Palm, Marina Gate, Al Barsha and Emirates Hills and it was 15 to 25 minutes to commute to either location. And it’s also comfortable to have on premises meetings. The rooms are quiet (I had mine directly facing Sheikh Zayed Road), nicely designed and furnished, with a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Rather nice breakfast with a choice of healthy food. Very friendly, accommodative and helpful staff.
