New hotel, well decorated both the hotel and the room. Everything is new, clean, fresh, excellent cleaning. There is a coffee machine and plenty of water in the room. Lovely spa, great massage, I want to go there again

Staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They were available 24/7 to help, answered all my questions, and helped me with all my requests. Definitely, a 5 star service providing hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful experience at the (Grand Plaza). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Will recommend to any one! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The first hotel I been to with a 24 hr gym😍

Special thanks to Ms. Sherry and all other reception staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and support. All my requests that I have submitted before coming to the facilities were met. I was given an upgraded room with a nice view of the Palm and the sea. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. Special thanks to Mr. Kamal from Housekeeping who took care of my room. The room was always exceptionally clean and well organized thanks to him.

It’s a quiet hotel nicely located for business trips. It’s right on Sheikh Zayed Road in Media City with a very easy access by car from the main road. I had my meetings between the Palm, Marina Gate, Al Barsha and Emirates Hills and it was 15 to 25 minutes to commute to either location. And it’s also comfortable to have on premises meetings. The rooms are quiet (I had mine directly facing Sheikh Zayed Road), nicely designed and furnished, with a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Rather nice breakfast with a choice of healthy food. Very friendly, accommodative and helpful staff.

Room Room Service Staff Service Spa Salon Pool I had the Superior Room for myself, staying 2 nights. I was kindly provided an upgrade upon arrival to a Sea facing room. The room service I ordered on the Friday night was extremely tasty and a wonderful portion size. For my first morning at the hotel I ordered the continental breakfast. Again this was very filling and clearly great quality products. I spent most of my Saturday at the spa / salon. The 1 hour massage and 1 hour fascial were the best treatment's I've ever received at Movenpick Hotel. The nail stylist was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel at ease. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive during my stay. I've stayed in Movenpicks in many locations, the last was in Marrakesh. We arrived early, prior to check in time. The young lady at the reception desk checked us in, let us know breakfast and evening canopies were included in our stay, tagged our bags to be stored, and offered us a place on the 5th floor to freshen up. The room had a bathroom and a shower, separate areas for men and women. We went returned our bags were already in our room, complimentary water and fresh fruit was on our table. Our room was beyond spacious, clean, and the view was amazing. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful!! Fresh fruit, omelet station, pancakes, were among just a few items to choose from. Breakfast was definitely beyond our expectations. Evening canopies were also above and beyond. Our flight home was early Monday morning and we would be missing breakfast. We were given the option of having a take away breakfast delivered to our rooms before we left for the airport. It was delivered on time, we received coffee of our choice, juice, fresh fruit, and pastries for both of us. The hotel had someone ready to take us to the airport as well. Our stay at the Grand Plaza Movenpick was exceptional. We travel quite a bit and have already checked for other properties that are available. We would definitely stay at one of the properties again.

Overall my experience had a balance between comfort and expectations. The staff were exceptionally well mannered, without "being pushy in their approach and interaction. The breakfast has a good selection and the layout of the dining area and outdoor seating areas flow very well. The rooftop bar has a nice ambiance and view and great sunset but can become overcrowded and smoky!
