I had a wonderful experience at the (Grand Plaza). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Will recommend to any one! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The first hotel I been to with a 24 hr gym😍

Special thanks to Ms. Sherry and all other reception staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and support. All my requests that I have submitted before coming to the facilities were met. I was given an upgraded room with a nice view of the Palm and the sea. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. Special thanks to Mr. Kamal from Housekeeping who took care of my room. The room was always exceptionally clean and well organized thanks to him.

It’s a quiet hotel nicely located for business trips. It’s right on Sheikh Zayed Road in Media City with a very easy access by car from the main road. I had my meetings between the Palm, Marina Gate, Al Barsha and Emirates Hills and it was 15 to 25 minutes to commute to either location. And it’s also comfortable to have on premises meetings. The rooms are quiet (I had mine directly facing Sheikh Zayed Road), nicely designed and furnished, with a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Rather nice breakfast with a choice of healthy food. Very friendly, accommodative and helpful staff.

Room Room Service Staff Service Spa Salon Pool I had the Superior Room for myself, staying 2 nights. I was kindly provided an upgrade upon arrival to a Sea facing room. The room service I ordered on the Friday night was extremely tasty and a wonderful portion size. For my first morning at the hotel I ordered the continental breakfast. Again this was very filling and clearly great quality products. I spent most of my Saturday at the spa / salon. The 1 hour massage and 1 hour fascial were the best treatment's I've ever received at Movenpick Hotel. The nail stylist was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel at ease. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive during my stay. I've stayed in Movenpicks in many locations, the last was in Marrakesh. Overall my experience had a balance between comfort and expectations. The staff were exceptionally well mannered, without "being pushy in their approach and interaction. The breakfast has a good selection and the layout of the dining area and outdoor seating areas flow very well. The rooftop bar has a nice ambiance and view and great sunset but can become overcrowded and smoky!

Friendly Customer service with genuine smiles. Simple check-in and late check-out provided due to our late arrival. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Team Movenpick! Lobby and lounge area is beautiful, stunning high ceiling. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area for sure.

The room was very Modern and clean every day location great near all hi-tech companies and close to the metro station The pool area is surprisingly relaxing The gym with spa was excellent breakfast was Delicious, Chef Yasser and the restaurant staff there were great specially Niama The Manager Kareem monitors every section by himself
